Cryptocurrencies and cryptocurrency exchanges did not exist at that time. The concept of cryptocurrency was introduced with the creation of Bitcoin in 2009, and the first cryptocurrency exchange, BitcoinMarket.com, was established in 2010. So, it wasn't until the early 2010s that cryptocurrency exchanges started to emerge.

Cryptocurrencies weren't even a thing back then. The whole concept of digital currencies and exchanges started with Bitcoin in 2009. So, you'll have to look to more recent years if you're interested in IPOs for cryptocurrency exchanges.
